Skills Mobility Partnerships: Recommendations and Guidance for Policymakers and Practitioners
As countries across the globe confront newskills and labour requirements, there has been greater movement of skilledworkers around the world, and a measure of cooperation on cross-border skillsmobility. Whilst cooperation on skills mobility is not new, it has not alwaysbeen of benefit to all stakeholders involved: i.e. origin and destinationcountries, migrant workers, the private sector, training and educationinstitutions and civil society.
