Racism is deeply rooted in the structure of society, operating within the frameworks of social, economic and political institutions, and leading to inequality of treatment and entrenched disadvantage. Understanding, identifying and addressing structural and institutional racism are essential steps towards creating a more just and equitable society. This requires more than changing individual attitudes; it demands intentional efforts, at both a national and European level, to dismantle the systems that enable racial inequality, the Migration Policy Group suggests in its article, seeking to examine the situation in eight EU member states (Czechia, Germany, Greece, Latvia, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain and Sweden), so as to outline the situation in each and to provide recommendations for both  national and European responses. https://www.migpolgroup.com
