The Russian invasion has led to to the destruction of production facilities, loss of markets, fall in purchasing capacity, lack of supplies, non-performed external contracts, and personnel deficits in Ukraine. Iryna Kosse notes in her GLOBSEC article that Ukrainian industrial enterprises also face disrupted logistics; an outflow of the workforce; changes in the regional distribution of workers; and war risks that scare off investors. As the recovery of industry will depend on the after-war reality, she offers recommendations for state authorities, businesses and external actors to mold the new reality. https://www.globsec.org
